They are looking for a Receptionist/Director of First Impressions who possesses the qualities of an A-Team player and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
The preferred candidate should have a positive and outgoing personality, be committed to relationship building and customer service, and have strong time management skills. They should also possess appropriate judgment and integrity, be punctual, organized, and dependable, and have excellent communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment is required, as well as previous experience supporting C-Suite executives. Experience in customer service within the hotel and hospitality industry is a plus.
As the Receptionist/Director of First Impressions, the main responsibility is to ensure a top-notch client experience. This includes being the face and voice of the firm, maintaining a clean and inviting office environment, and warmly greeting visitors. The Receptionist/Director of First Impressions will also act as the gatekeeper of the office by receiving and forwarding mail, making deposits, and assisting with administrative tasks. They will also be responsible for organizing files and documentation, maintaining office equipment and supplies, and assisting with special projects.
